The Best Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats

These summery, super simple overnight oats taste just like peach cobbler.

- 1/2 Cup Quick cooking oats
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup Milk, I used oat milk
- 2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Peaches, diced
- 1/3 Cup Blueberries, optional
- 1/4 Cup Nuts, I used slivered almonds
In a container that has a fitted lid, add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Pour the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla over the oats. Stir to fully combine everything.
Add the peaches, berries, and nuts. Stir one more time. Then put the top on the container and place in the fridge. Let sit overnight or for at least 8 hours. The oats should be nice and thick.
