The Best Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats

The only thing I like about summer is the fruit that is in season. Please give me all the juicy peaches and watermelon! These summery oats are the best peach cobbler overnight oats ever! They take 2 minutes to make, then they are simply refrigerated overnight. This breakfast recipe is one of the ways that make it easier to eat healthier, or even just remember to eat breakfast. Running out the door in the morning? Make some delicious overnight oats! I like to add blueberries to these peach cobbler oats to give them even more vitamins!

What You Need For These Hearty Overnight Oats:

  • Quick Cooking Oats: Make sure they are gluten-free if needed.
  • Chia Seeds: For an excellent dose of omega-3 and they also thicken the oats nicely.
  • Cinnamon, Ginger, Vanilla, and Nutmeg: These are the spices I like to use for peahc cobbler, so I mimicked that here.
  • Milk: I prefer non-dairy milk, but any kind will work. I used oat milk.
  • Maple Syrup or Sugar: I prefer to use maple syrup, but any sweetener you have on hand will work.
  • Fresh Peaches and Berries: You can use just peaches, but I love to add some berries too.
  • Nuts: For that nice crunch, I like to use slivered almonds.

This overnight oat recipe serves as the perfect base for adding any flavor you’d like. You can make an apple cobbler oats in the fall, and some lemon tart oats in spring. Or you can just use the base recipe and add any fruits, nuts and seeds that you have on hand. But these are defintely the best peach cobbler overnight oats, ever!
